Coordinate with our key contact to schedule and promote the event internally.
For an immersive creative experience, we can host the event at a local art studio. A change of environment can stimulate creativity and enhance team-building.

To facilitate internalization, we give each participant a leave-behind with tools, resources, and exercises they can use to further explore the topic.

The ‘Art’ of Self Care, Bell Media
We led a series of workshops for Bell employees as part of their “Let’s Talk” mental health awareness campaign. We equipped staff with simple techniques to use for self-care in the workplace, to minimize the effects of stress and promote personal and professional well-being.
Creative Re-Charge, In-Sync Consumer Insights
In-Sync is a market research company that knows creativity and collaboration is critical to their success. They recognized the fast-paced, deadline-driven nature of their work can create stress, which dulls creativity if left unchecked.
We facilitated a two-hour workshop to recharge the team’s creative batteries through mindfulness and creativity exercises. Research associates and management alike found the workshop energizing and fun.
